My MIC Fender Marauder!
Another truly amazing guitar, this was a real diamond in the rough! It's a MIK, kinda a Strat/Offset Hybrid??? It has a Strat neck & Tremolo with the stock Jazzmaster neck pickup still installed (because it sounded awesome) but I replaced the stupid, gimmicky, Triplebucker with a Seymour Duncan TB-16 Custm/Hybrid. That pickup literally sounds like it was made for this guitar!!!
The cheap Asian electronics have been swapped out for 250K CTS pots, cloth wiring, a 3 way blade, and a Orange Drop cap. The reason I called this a diamond in the rough is because of how well it plays. I've never set this guitar up, it just came out of the box playing like a brand new $1500 MIA for some reason? After replacing the junkie wiring and stupid bridge pup this became one of my absolute favorites!!!
