Not getting readings on the DDJ. ARGH!

Nothing. Only continuity through bare wire and baseplate.

I took the tape off to get a closer look, but I don't see anything that would look out of the ordinary. Can anyone see anything funky? What might I check? Would it be worth it to send it to Duncan to have looked at/fixed? If its a lost cause, I can get my money back, but I'd like to use it.

Take the heat shrink off the serial connector wires between the coils then put a merger on there and check hit and ground. I bet you got a break in the coil.

Not the end of the world - rewinding pickups is not expensive - I know someone who does a rewind for £40 for a humbucker.
