Novice needs help - Spin a Split, Two Pups in LP

I'm thinking of trying the spin a split as described in the Tech Tips section. The schematic posted shows only one pup, and I'm a total novice when it comes to guitar wiring. Does anyone have a schematic, or could describe how to make the connections properly? I'm using an LP with two SD humbuckers with a volume and tone pot for each pup, and a 3 way switch to select either pup or blend the two.

If you spin-a-split, you'll need to sacrifice one of the volume or tone pots. If you want to SAP both, you'll need to sacrifice two pots. But thats not all bad. You could just make it a master volume/master tone with twin spin-a-splits.
