NPB Day. aka Man It's Been A While.

I haven't played much electric these past few years but I'm getting the itch again. Singing songs and cowboys chords is still my first love and forte but sometimes you've just got to get some tubes 'a cookin', some crunch 'a crunchin' and some swirl 'a swirlin'. With some Gilmour and May approved delays for good measure. So I checked my pedal stores in the back room and came up with this a few hours later. Stuff to the left goes in front...delays and chorus through the fx loop. (JVM 410) Even dug up an ancient AT wireless I have forgotten for some ten+ years. Brand new condition! Sometimes it's nice not to be tethered to the rig.

I could rock that....

What setting you using on the DF7?

Re: NPB Day. aka Man It's Been A While.

It does ts9, dod250, boss od1, rat, metal zone. metal master and big muff. But I have not used it for anything yet. With the JVM 410 I get so much variation for distortion I've only used the TS9 so far as a boost...no gain just level. (But the big muff model is fun as I've used it in the past...the ts9 is good too.) Plus I've added a PA rack with a lexicon fx unit and various old monitor speakers taking feeds off the Marshall and the Demeter dog house speaker chamber (57 mic via the JVM) I'm also splitting the guitar signal into directly between the Marshall and my 73 Pro Reverb so I always have a crisp clean tone to mix with the hi-gain JVM stuff. Lots of speakers doing different things all in a 360 surround kind of deal. Dry guitar cab with fx coming out the other side of the room. Not practical for a bar gig but a lot of fun at home.
