Just for the record, there was an offer in a local store for this set, 100€, I didn't need it but who knows.
Mounted on my old Squier JMVM 500K pots which had a pair of A5 Mojo Pickups on the verge of 8.3K both, very good but recently I'm leaning towards quieter PU, these J Mascis set is A2 around 7.2K.iii
Well, I have to say it is a great set indeed, I didn't expected it, it's possible this JM will be back in the match.
A sweeter, detailed sound, just the right amount of jangle, this set loves my overdrives and fuzz, I'm quite happy
