My local guitar shop had these 80s MIJ Ibanez pedals still in the box hidden in the basement, so I grabbed a flanger and a chorus for $100 each.
At practice I played around with them a bit. The flanger does exactly what I want it to do, some nice chunky wooshing. The chorus I've used so far for boosting during solos, adds alot of top end to my signal. Have them both running into the FX loop. I might move the chorus to the front of the amp, but I haven't decided.
