NPD: Maestro FZ-M

Sweetwater is currently handing these out for what might as well be free so I picked one up. I've never played an FZ-1, so I don't know how it compares, but I think this is a much better pedal than the other forum reviews give it credit for.

For those who don't know, the 3 horns are the LEDs. Also the modern and classic modes are kind of an "almost always better, almost always worse" kind of deal.

The attack knob at the low end will give you a clean sound, as you turn it up it gets to the same level of fuzziness as most other old style fuzz circuits. It's very interactive with the tone control, in that the higher you turn the attack up, the brighter and sharper the circuit gets. The tone control does a great job of not only cutting the high end, but fattening the sound up without it getting dark or boomy. It cleans up with your volume control pretty well.

Great buy for the $60 they are selling at now. Not worth it for $150.

Is that the price for all the pedals in this line or just the fuzz?
Currently I think it's the whole line. Guitar Center had them on sale for $45 a few months ago, but the only one they had in stock when I went was the tremolo
