Npd Space Spiral.

Was gifted this unique delay. Not the usual fare. The modulation is what makes this stand out from the crowd. At it's most subtle it's kinda sorta chorus like but not really the same. More extreme settings are more Tremolo like. It's what's between that needs your will to be weird. Bends and regeneration and swirly whirly all at once. Like several FX at once. Then I started playing with additional FX. That was hours ago. I just came down from that strange trip. Jerry Garcia would have loved this toy. I know I do. It's for the adventurous. If you want the same old delay, this is not for you. It shouldn't be used as your master or primary delay. It works wonderful weirdness with other FX.

I was just looking at that Pedal today. Sounds super cool and fun.

Earthquaker is really excelling at the DSP thing now.

I'm a big fan of their Afterneath, which is another bonkers hybrid effect that blends delay and reverb.

Re: Npd Space Spiral.

One way to describe the modulation effect is that it makes the notes drunk.

Re: Npd Space Spiral.

I am finding the subtle settings more usable for songs. Those in between settings are more useful to me when in a more improvisational jam. I don't know how useful for heavy metal or many styles this is. The Jam band community may embrace this for the added weirdness though.
