As in new strap day. Gf has finally gotten around to finishing this beast of a strap for my No.1 axe. 3-4 mm thick veg tanned cow hide. Nothing fancy, just black on black, which I believe goes really well with the aesthetics of the Sentient/Nazgul set. Also, I had a hand in completing it, beacuse the leather is so thick that I had to help in punching through the holes for handsewing, which feel kinda good. I am extremely happy about it.
Oh, and just for the record: the boutique quality pigments in the leather resonate so well with the masterfully mature 3 years old Indo woods in the guitar, that it elevated the already legendary TONE of the BRIDGE humbucker to a whole new level.
