NUTS!

In a nutshell, where is a good place to source nut blanks/material?

I'm learning to make my own guitar nuts.

So I bought a few Graphtech nut blanks (for strat/tele nuts) a few years back and between the fact that I've almost gone through them and I need to start thinking about replacing the (lubritrak?) nut on one of my Hamers, I'll need to source more nut blanks.

The Hamer nut is much bigger - Martin style? - in any case, so I can't use the remaining unused Graphtech blank I have in my possession.

Is it possible to source lubritrak nuts or any equivalent?
If not where a good place to source nut material in general and what's a good alternative for a guitar with a trem?
Most of my guitars have but I also have a few hard tails.

All the better if it's from Europe, but I imagine that's a big ask.

Did you check with emma-music.com? They are kind of the go-to place for stuff like this in Europe in my experience.

Will check them out, thanks Sirion. Hadn't heard of them before.

I can't imagine local shops would have much of a selection.

i like graphtech stuff but usually i use bone. i buy a big cow femur from the butcher, let the dog clean it off real good then let it sit for a while. one bone will last a long ass time but theres a fair amount of work if you arent used to it or dont have the proper tools. my local shop can get whatever i need as far as graphtech stuff but might be different in europe?

I am a GraphTech fan here. Recently I got an LSR Roller Nut on a Warmoth, and I like it a lot. I am interested in the Gold Tone zero fret nut, too. It seems to get good reviews.

Another product with great media, low track record. They are all unusable stock, and need a complete setup by a pro to work well. IMO - a complete PITA, easier to just make a new nut from scratch.

Yeah, dunno. I'd be interested to try. I have a few guitars with zero frets and I do like them a lot.

Zero frets are fine. But this combination of a nut and a fret? No bueno. It's damn near impossible to set the action at the nut. Too much back and forth.
