I love the Planet Waves Trim Lok tuning machines but don't really care for the knobs that much. Always been a fan of the keystone knobs that came on my Les Paul , so I went and found some keystone knobs on evilbay. Turns out they used several different screws for the PW tuners and they weren't long enough for the knobs , found some that were listed as 5/8" and got 3 sets. Every set fits perfectly except for the ones on my Les Paul ? There are 2 plastic grommet/spacers between the metal knob and shaft so in the end I just removed one spacer and they are on there now. Have several black sets on my Floyd Guitars and a Tele but haven't found any black keystone knobs that weren't attached to a set of tuners (and yes I tried to order 3 sets from china but there was a glitch).I have way too much spare time folks.
