I have an S/S/H Strat that's getting a pickup change. I've decided on Vintage rails for the neck and middle and an Invader in the bridge. Here's where I want to go off the beaten path. I'd like to use a Gibson style 3 way switch. The neck and mid would be on the 1st position, everything on the middle position and the bridge alone on the last position. And a micro switch to coil split all three pickups at the same time. There will be no tone or volume controls. Can this be done?

When splitting both Vintage Rail pickups simultaneously, be sure to keep one coil of one pickup operational under the EAD strings and one coil of the other pickup operational under the GBE strings. Otherwise, the results really will be odd.
