Guess I'll have to see if Steve will give me a good deal on the Engl he sold me a few months back!!!

Welcome to the Ecstasy - the greatest EL-34 amp ever made.
There'd have to be a bullet in my forehead before I'd ever let it go. LOL

I found an extra headshell on Ebay w/canefront, so I'd have it with the metal or cane look, since it'll always be my #1 amp. The pic in my avatar is the canefront it's in currently.

Ok. The other guitarist in my band dropped by the store and spoke to Steve about prices. He's interested in a Shiva so priced a 1x12 reverb with 6L6's. The price to us (we get a sizeable discount) is £1800 (thats $3200):eek:

He never asked about Ecstacy's but based on that mark up (and remembering we get good discount) we're looking at the thick end of £3000 ($5000+ equivalent!!!!!). With a matching 4x12, we're probably looking at a total of about £4k (approx $6.5k+). I think I'll stick with the Engl for now.........

Hey man where do you keep all your gear? is it locked or something , when i leave my house to go to work i lock every door, every window , im scared of getting my little mesa robbed ! imagine you ? you have to havean alarm or something
