I got rid of the maple fretboard and cheap looking input jack. I think it looks GREAT! Thanks to SD members for your advice! (This is Kisekae Guitar, by the way)

Killer man!! but I disagree with Davey, damn volume knobs always getting in the way :laugh2:

I agree with Y2Stevo, I hate the position of fender volume knobs they get in the way of my little finger... same with the position of the 5 way on a fender, when the 5 ways on neck, i hit it when i start playing agressively.

Well thought out cool looking guitars, i think the black one looks sleekest

actually biu, to totally scrutanise, the volume knob is a little low to reach with your little finger without repositioning your hand

The knobs are fine where they are now. Any closer and you'll regret it. As for the colors, I think the black or white looks killer. The other colors seem to take away from the design. That's an unusual statement for me since I despise black or white guitars.

Hey Biu....aren't you going to balance out that stable of pointy, killer axes of your's and Fatty's with a more traditional hardtail type design?

Yessir, Jeff. Once (well, more like IF) I can ever sell my Ibanez Prestige RG3120, all the money's going to building one of those guitars. Probably the blue one because that's my favorite.

Glad you guys like how they look. I like to keep volume knobs far away because I only use them to back off gain once in a while, but nothing more. I always end up pushing the thing down to ZERO and wonder why my sound gets so thin :smack: This messes me up sometimes because I tweak my amp/BOSS and screw up my settings.

Of course, if I DO build it, it'll have a 24.75" scale neck, 22 frets, and black hardtail with GraphTech saddles. These are things that will favor the neck pickup tone and my girly fingers :) Those are the 2 most important factors in my playing.

Those guitar look sweet but would look Way better with out the little pickgaurd.

Looks like a Charvel Spectrum and Thinline Tele-Gib had a wild night. :D:D:D

Nice guitars, not my taste, though (I sont like HSH pup setups, don´t ask me why, dunno myself).

And BTW: The volume pot is way out of the way compared to most strats. IMO ideal for most players thad don´t use it but tend to knock it around by mistake ;)
