Old (1990s) concentric tone circuit - looking for a wiring diagram

I came across some Basslines active PJ electronics - pickups, two volume pots, three way switch and a concentric bass/treble circuit. I was told they are from the 1990s, pulled out of a modified Fender Jazz special. Hoping someone can provide a wiring diagram for the tone circuit. I can see where at least one wire was connected to the top, maybe two, and four to the bottom. Other than that I haven't a clue what goes where. Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

Welcome to the forum!

Hang tight...there might be someone around here who knows those things really well. Anything I've seen doesn't give clear enough pics to see what goes where. So be patient. Someone here knows something- I would also send the pics and question to customer service in the mean time, as they would have access to more info than I would.

The other side of the circuit board from what you are showing should be marked what wires go where. That's needed just for manufacturing at the factory.

Thank you both for replying. Attached is a picture of the backside - I know they are a little blurry - I can't see anything that indicates anything useful except the brown dashed lines.

I'll try the other forum as well and see if anything comes up there.
