Old 59B dating help

Hi there, need some help dating this 59.

Hi, since it has Philips screws in the blackplate, but no winder initial on the sticker, i‘d say 1978 to 1980.

Seymour had a little factory then, but even Maricela Juarez was not onboard at that time. Surely Seymour was winding, but he had also specialised workers for humbuckers, single coils, bass pickups. In 1980 he intoduced the Winder initial on the stickers to have a better quality control.
