Old school DeArmond sliding pickup

I have one of these, and it still works. The wiring is getting old and brittle, however. Even the jack is ancient. The volume pot still works, but the clip-on back cover is MIA. Anyone interested?

If it were mountable, I might be interested, but I wouldn't know how to source just that one missing part with the second screw needed to mount it. Do you know what year the pickup is?

Sorry, no idea. I bought it out of an estate in Oklahoma from the widow of an old friend who was a luthier.
