Old Weber Mass Lite 100 stopped working

I have an old (since 2007) Mass 100 Weber lite attenuator. I unplugged it about a week ago, plugged it back in today - nothing, as if my head is straight in to the cab. What can cause something like that? it was working, was disconnected from the amp and the cab, set a side, plugged back in and had zero attenuation ??? I reached out to Weber, what do you think a repair cost?

I built one with an L-Pad attenuator mine is the 8 ohm 50 watt version
I got two big resistors to add to it the make the 4 and 16 ohm ports

I have no idea what has happened to yours
it may have directly shorted across the resistor

unplug every thing and pop the top off
post an image and we can go from there

yeah, open it up and let have a look. there really isnt a ton of stuff in there
