Re: OLP MM5 30" Scale Baritone

I have tried the MM version and quite liked it...I fight GAS to buy the OLP all the time...if you get ine please tell me about it! I will be getitng a Bari soon and it's comming down to the OLP, new Dano, or one other I have my eye on...

I have an MM1 Axis I've hotrodded and quite frankly, it sounds ten times better than my Les Paul Black Beauty I had. They play like like butter n sound even better! You will need to change the pickups and tuners though. And they look pretty too..see??

Thanks for the replies and advice. I have tried the MM1's also and they feel great, but I am uncertain how the baritone will be because it is rosewood and not maple and I typically prefer the butteriness of maple vs rosewood. It does have Jumbo frets though so maybe it plays just as well as the MM1. I may install a BachToRock hybrid in it if I succumb to the GAS!
