One more prop for John Spina's modified pedals!

So, I finally got a little time to play my John's modded DS-1... This thing just sounds great! I'm yet to play a lot with it but I tested it for about 20 mins yesterday night and man, I heard a lot of stock ds-1 and this thing still has that 80's grit to it when turned on pretty high for the distortion but keeps its bottom end superbly! Really nice, when the distortion settings are lower (below 12 o'clock) it just sounds so right through my JCM800.... Really nice work from john for very few bucks, I highly recommend this guy and his mods... I'm considering sending him my SD-1 too now....

Curly....You're just suffering from guitar and effects pedal G.A.S.! The pedals make colorful paperweights also... :smack: :dance:

Phil..Check this out buddy...Use your DS1 as a dual role pedal..On your pedal board for playing and on your desk when you aren't...These things make great weapons to throw at people you don't like also...And they keep working afterwords...Makes the pedal look relic d..... :yell: :13:

Man, I never realized all the potential these things have and how versatile they are... I'm blessed! :newangel: :laugh2:
