Ooh! New Subforum!

This should be fun! Round of applause for the Mods/Admins. :clap:

I once called guitar pedals the junk food of guitar. They are cheap and fun.... Since it is the new Pedal forum I'll post my latest acquisition:

I'm really enjoying the three band EQ, time will tell if it boots the FullDrive 2 from my board. Thusfar it's working great as both a booster and stand alone gain device.

Re: Ooh! New Subforum!

Clarksdale = bluesy OD ?

Never saw this one before.
The story is they benchmarked the "best" 808 tones (including Brent Mason's) added a 3 band active EQ and two clipping options. True Bypass by way of soft switch and relay. Nothing earth shattering, but the EQ section is incredibly versatile. Also increased the gain available and made the extremes of the gain knob less fizzy. Andy of PGS basically sold me on it. Then again, have you ever watched one of his videos and NOT wanted it? ;)

Cool, nice to see that pedals get their own separate bit attention this way :).

Just causes me to wonder: Does it have anything to do with the fact that you guys just launched a new pedal line?
(Or is it that you will launch an amp line next? ;))

Re: Ooh! New Subforum!

Funny, I just clicked where the amp room usually is without reading and ended up here haha. I like it!

Pretty much never. Between him and Mike Hermans, I'd probably buy way more pedals than I needed if I had the money.

I've been eyeballing this one vs. the Paisley when I get my new amp this summer.

Re: Ooh! New Subforum!

Reggie, I notice that the forum room reshuffle has shifted The Basement down the front page.

I must object in the strongest possible terms. The Bassment has not gone low enough. Da bass should right at the bottom, underpinning everything else.

Re: Ooh! New Subforum!

Sweet! When did this happen. I guess the mods can move my "Blues Driver" thread over here. :)
