Orange Amps first ever stompbox.

Re: Orange Amps first ever stompbox.

I saw that on the orange forum last week. I'm not 100% on the tone but seems like it's a well thought-out design feature-wise and I'd love to try one.

I play through and orange amp and I'd love to try one.

I love both my orange heads too. It's amatter of seeing jow this will deliver the tones I love so much you know?

Holy ****ing ****.

Re: Orange Amps first ever stompbox.

I'd get it so I could use it whenever I want, and as soon as it's discontinued, it increases in price. You almost can't go wrong buying pedals like this.

Re: Orange Amps first ever stompbox.

The Bogner pedals are great, it's all down to application.

I have a feeling this will be very expensive and I am not sure a Baxandall EQ is the way to go with guitar ... I also do NOT like the tone on the demos, but am curious to try one anyway.

I love orange amps , I don't own one ...;( However this pedal has my attention. Im interested in knowing the price tag and would love to jam through one very soon.

Re: Orange Amps first ever stompbox.

cool! cant see it kicking my pharaoh fuzz or modded rat II off the pedalboard though.

Re: Orange Amps first ever stompbox.

It looks like it has some cool features, but I honestly thought it sounded like crap. Especially their higher gain stuff (their "Alice In Chains" tone was waaaaaay off IMHO). I also noticed some very gnarly and unpleasant low end splat and sputter on the higher gain. I just found it very underwhelming, and I won't be buying it any time soon. I greatly preferred the sound of the Bogner pedal I tried over this demo. If I want fuzzier drive sounds, I'll use my Scarab fuzz pedal.

Re: Orange Amps first ever stompbox.

I want to want this pedal

but I will only want it if I want orange amps

I do not want orange amps

Therefore I only want this pedal to turn in a few years and enjoy profits

No knock on the pedal, it sounds fantastic - my only issue is that every tone on it was more orange than the netherlands. And if you love that tone, there's no other amp/edal for you - but I myself enjoy telecasters and marshalls... Yes it's weird but it's what I like.

Man 500 list... 379 street. Way too much for the tones I heard in the demo. Not impressed at all.
