Original Dunlop GCB-95 Crybaby Problem

Hey, gang!

I have a problem with my original Dunlop GCB-95 Crybaby:

I had been gigging with this pedal for a very long time and, one day, a very long time ago - it just suddenly stopped working. No sound whatsoever. However, I put a new batter in it the other day and it works BUT with one slight problem - the sound I get is what it's like if you keep the pedal in the "toe up"/"heel down" position.

I do NOT like the newer Dunlop wahs - so purchasing one of those is out of the question - especially the Dunlop Crybaby 95Q.

Could be a cold solder joint somewhere on the PCB. That is what happened to me a few years ago.

Did the teeth jump off of the gear, somehow? Maybe that's why it's sounding like it's stuck in that position. Maybe the inductor has gone bad?
