P-Rails Neck with Tele bridge SC Superswitch wiring Conundrum!

Calling all P-Rails wiring gurus...

I've searched high & low but can't find a relevant wiring layout to hook up a P-Rails neck and standard tele bridge pickup in the following configuration:
#1: bridge only
#2: bridge & P-Rails rail in parallel
#3: bridge & P-Rails rail in series
#4: P-Rails P90 only
#5: P-Rails both coils in series

My situation requires use of a 5-way 'Super Switch' 4-pole/double throw switch (and yes, I've already enlarged the control cavity to take it).

Anybody done this setup or is up for a challenge?

FYI, it's now alive & working well in all 5 settings, so no need for assistance.
Gotta say that the full P-Rails neck in series is pretty hot for me and I may need to consider running the coils in parallel instead, but that will require another remapping...
