P-Rails question: hum-cancelling middle position?

I've been getting really interested in one of the wiring options on the diagrams page. Seems like it pulls an absurd number of tones (12!) out of nothing more than the typical two knobs + 1 3-way you'll find in just about any guitar, going back to the Tele, without having to drill to add controls.

Here's the wiring diagram:

Now here's the question: are those middle split positions hum-cancelling? If so, that would be killer. If not, won't it actually double hum versus the individual single-coil positions?

I put together a cheatsheet diagram of the switching positions, and highlighted the positions I'm unsure on the hum-cancelling:

Re: P-Rails question: hum-cancelling middle position?

Ah, the product page answers this question: neck pickup is RW/RP for exactly this reason. Sick.

Well, I hope the control diagram is helpful to somebody!

Rail + rail & P-90 + P-90 are hum-cancelling, mixed rail/P-90 from different pickups are not.

Which makes things interesting for combining with a middle single coil -- RW/RP middle cancels hum with bridge P-90 and neck rail, standard cancels hum with bridge rail & neck P-90. [Frank Falbo confirmed those polarities/combos in a thread on this forum a while back.] Hard choice there, but I'd be more inclined to N+M singles and bridge P-90+M.

I'm thinking about going with 3-way switches for out/off/in phase. But for middle STK-S4 RWRP, doing split/off/humbucking. So I could combine splits for hum-cancelling, or have hum-cancelling by itself or combined with humbuckers.

I'm planning on 2 Triple Shots and three 3-way toggles. Might eventually put a pull blower switch on the volume knob for switching to the bridge humbucker. I'm planning to install the P-Rails with the rails out, instead of towards middle, teleish bridge & combined rail tones seem more useful than strattish for covering things I can't get out of an HSS strat.
