Paf Pro in Fender-Sambora-Strat - different?

I'll get the DiMarzio Paf-Pro Humbucker, which is used on the Fender-Sambora-Strat.
It looks a bit different than the regular Paf-Pro.
Does it also sound a bit different?

By the way:
What can i expect from it?
I have a screamin demon which is a bit too bright and i have a '59, which is round a fat, but lacks a bit of output.

How does it look different? I've never heard one of these. Assuming that they're not different than stock, I used to have a PAF Pro in the neck position of one of my Strats and in the Neck and Bridge of a USA Custom Ibanez. Not my cup of tea exactly, but does older Steve Vai tones very well. It sounded better in the Strat than the Ibanez for sure. Did you ever get it?

The PAF Pro in a Sambora Strat has different pole pieces for one. It looks basically like a regular humbucker with slotted poles and slugs. That alone might dampen some of the high fi sound the PAF Pros are known for.
