Painting OVER hardware?...

I painted my Warmoth last year, and I never liked the finish. I want to repaint it all together. The only problem is that it has TOM stud mounts and string-through-body bushings, which I installed after I painted the body. Could I paint OVER them? If so, how do I go about getting the paint off?

you can always paint over them. remembering that if you ever want/need to remove those parts, there could be a risk of messing up the area around those parts as they come out.

if you'd like to remove them first, then paint before reinstalling, check out the Shatten Multiple Puller. stewmac carries it, although I found mine on eBay. it's been worth every penny.
