I'd start by trying Guitar--->Tuner--->Amp-(Effects Loop Send)->EQ--->Noise Gate-(Effects Loop Return). You could also see how you like the EQ before the amp.

I would advise against using the GE-7 in front of the amp, as it tends to be much noisier there, especially if you're using gainy sounds. In the FX loop it's much quieter and the Noise gate is designed to go in there anyway. So I'd put the tuner in front of the amp and the EQ and noise gate in the FX loop, in that order.
Additionally, you'll get better sound control if your additional EQ is AFTER your distortion stage (i.e. preamp or pedals and thus in the loop). Post-distortion EQ always sounds better to my ears.

Seems to be my choice, too.
If you use the preamp high gain section of your amp for dirty work the FX loop seems to be the working solution because this way the EQ and the noise gate is AFTER the preamp section so the noise gate will handle preamp hiss AND pedal hiss, plus you can do more drastic changes with the EQ pedal because you virtually EQ-tailor EVERYTHING before the power amp. Do you mean an NS2 noise gate, don't you? Be cateful with settings because if you max everything it will dampen high frequencies and steal attack too much. It is best to use it for reducing, not eliminating noise. For the amp hiss elimination in my experience the rackmount Rocktron HUSH superC is a better solution because it keeps the attack response better. Anyway, the NS2 works beautifully as well.
If you put all of them in-the-chain into the normal input the EQ pedal will make only subtle changes (only the pickup signal) and the amp hiss will be still around.

I would try running them in the FX loop and before it. See which one you like best. EQ's (especially boss) tend to be really noisy pedals, so make sure your noise gate is after it. I have seen some guys running a Whirlwind or Morely ABY box so they can always have there tuner on, but not loose any single either. Try it and see for your self!
