Pedal purges...?

Well the time has come to help out clean debts and fund a new, more practical amp:

pedals I keep:

Carl Martin PTone
CM ACTone
CM HotDriveNBoost
CM Surf Trem
Marshall Compressor
Danelectro Vibe

That would keep me afloat but the ACT and PT are VERY picky about amps (i.e like 12'' and the PT LOVES EL34s). The Trem, compressor and Vibe are the only non OD effects I use.

I also have...:

MI Audio Blues Pro
MI Audio DIY Crunchbox
Brown Sound In A Box II DIY
Bad Monkey
Danelectro Danecho
Danelectro CoolCat Fuzz
Danelectro CoolCat Metal
Duncan Power Grid
EH Russian Big Muff
Modded Boss DS1

From January I'll have a TIM.

The goal here is to chose which pedals to get rid of, which to keep...Thing is, I could make a big board + backup board with the pedals I'm keeping.

House board: PTone, compressor, modulation, Blues Pro, Power Grid, as it is now.

The band board needs to be simple. Metal pedal (Dano metal), OD (DS1 or Bad Monkey), fuzz and the HDB for clean boost/buffer purpose.

The TIM will replace the Blues Pro and the Plexitone will be replaced by the Hot Drive and Boost, making this the only board: Compressor, tuner, TIM, HDB, power Grid, Trem, Vibe.

Everything else may go...

But I'm looking for alternatives. Can you guys think of anything? The 2 in 1 drive pedal that'd allow me to get rid of many I already use?

The goal is that I can plug into the amps in the practice rooms and still have MY tones. They use many, Super and Twins, SF and Reissues, some old SS clean amps etc...I need Fuzz, light OD, rock OD and metal tones from the board.

Compressor, tuner, vibe and trem stay on the main board.

Help please :( I wouldn't do this unless I needed dough BAD... :( thanks guys.

Re: Pedal purges...?

The Visual Sound Route 66 would give you a compressor and overdrive in one peadl.

Re: Pedal purges...?

I used to have a Route 66 actually, but I couldn't do with its OD side anymore. I'd modded it a little (new clipping diodes and opamp) and loved it, but I'm looking for something else nowadays. The Blues Pro + Compressor aren't bigger than a Route 66 and fit my tastes better.

Re: Pedal purges...?

I've got enough ODs to cover everyone one of those pedals' sonic ranges already...

Meh... Seems I'll wait until I get the TIM, do only one board, maybe a small backup and ruthlessly get rid of everything else...

Re: Pedal purges...?

If you want a distortion pedal that sounds 'professional' and that you can get fuzz, od bordering on distortion, heavy distortion, and metal distortion tones from, then I think you'd like the double shot distortion. I just picked one up and it'll do everything from dimebag darrell metal to old school black sabbath, to AC/DC, and even pull off some convincing fuzz tones, although you might have to use another pedal for light overdrive.

Re: Pedal purges...?

Didn't like the Double shot at all when I tried it... :( Not easy to find MXR pedals in my neck of the woods either.

Dunno... To be honest I'm kinda giving up. I may save up/sell for a Carl Martin Quattro. One of these + metal distortion in the loop = perfect solution!! Got the delay, trem, ODs and compressor I want...
