Pedal volume more than amp volume....will it ruin amp?

I have an rp350 and a lot of the presets are way louder then just my amp volume. I was just wondering if this will hurt the amp. Should I turn them down?

I doubt it would hurt anything but i would turn them down just the same.

if you are running it in front of the amp, the extra output patches will juts drive your preamp harder. So if its a tube amp you will get more preamp distortion. If its an ss amp then it will probably push it into some kind of clipping that may or may not sound like preamp distortion. No it wont hurt your amp - but it may not really sound good - especially if you are using delays etc.
