Nice cab Germ, but isn´t pepto a bit lighter? More importantly: how does she sound, any unwanted side effects from the fuzz covering? I remember HK having tonal issues with the Fuzzy Attax cabs and then someday switching to the plasticy stuff when they were redesigning the series anyway.

covering isn;t fuzzy. pic is. and i really couldnt tell ya if pepto color is lighter, but this is so close, ......PEPTO it is!!! heheh
cab sounds great. going to add some stuff to the back panel to get rid of some standing waves, and then its's all good.

That cab looks like something that'd handle that amp at 10. I think I'd be tempted to test the durability of that single tube!

im sure the kt66 would be just fine. under 400v single ended..... but maybe i should test to be sure./.....
the funny thing is, this cabinet is a rebuild of the original cabinet that housed these speakers. it was an old miller sound 4x12, used for PA work in the 70's. was made out of HEAVY particle board. cabinet itself must have weighed a good 80 to 90 by itself. daddy broke the bottom board of that cabinet treating it like a stepchild. so a new one had to be made........
and yes, it is still DAMN heavy.
i think each speaker is 200 watts. head is about 10watts or so.....
