I'm considering this pickup configuration in an alder bodied and maple neck / board guitar. Would like to know if anyone has any experience with this configuration and if there's any advice to be offered. Thanks!
Haven't tried the Perpetual Burn, but on what I've heard it as tight bass and plenty of upper mid push to go with the Full Shred, which I use with a Screamin' Demon. I say go for it!
