peterson tuners?

i need a new tuner. and have heard alot about peterson. i was looking at the strobstomp 2 but i also see they have one that is pretty much the same except not in a pedal. but a flip up box type thing. who has tried both and which do your prefer? and why does it seem most people prefer the strobstomp over the flip up one?

Cant answer your question but, if you are in the market for a tuner and you want to hear the difference, get a Peterson!!!
