Phaser recommendation?

Can anybody recommend a phaser to get the Waylon Jennings/Outlaw country kind of sound? Something smooth and texture-y, not psychedelic and trippy. Bonus points if there's some kind of blend control, but it's not mandatory. Thanks for any advice!

Retro-Sonic's Phaser. Little on the pricey side but a good MRX 90 clone.

Major props going out to the Tone Factor Nebula. More like a Phase 45, but better.
