Phat Cat and Tele 4-way-mod

Hi forum,

Is it possible to use the Tele 4-way-mod with Phat Cats? Would I have to open it like necessary with Tele neck PU?

Found out right now that Phat Cat is "Single Conductor" acc. to the description on the web site. Is this an error? I wonder how to wire a PU with one cable.

In this instance, "single-conductor" means one cable. It generally consists of the "hot" wire, surrounded by a shield, which doubles as the ground. So, technically, you still have two wires - hot and ground.

i would suspect that you could use the 4 way with phat cats ... if it doesnt have a grounded cover, as a tele neck pup does, then you wont have to worry ... they should be easy to install and quite loud when they are in series

thanks, anybody knows if it has a grounded cover?
