Pickup and Wiring Changes on my PRS Swamp Ash Special SE

Stock pickups are not great. I'm going to replace them with the following:

Bridge - SH-11 Custom Custom
Middle - APS-1 Alnico 2 Pro
Neck - SH-PG1n Pearly Gates Neck model

Right now, the stock pickups have this funky switching going on that I don't really care for. When I swap the pickups, I would like to do this with the switching:

The guitar has a three-way toggle. I would want that wired like normal (typical LP wiring). The tone pot is actually a push-pull pot. I would like to wire it to where it engages/disengages the middle pickup. Can someone help me with a wiring diagram for that? I checked the Duncan wiring site and there was nothing there that was applicable.

Do you want volume control on the middle pickup as well as tone?

same master vol and tone as with the other pickups. I just want the push pull pot to engage/disengage the middle pickup. When it is "on", I want to be able to control the volume and tone just like with the other pickups.

I believe any two humbucker with a toggle 1v 1t

then the the hot from the middle pickup directly to the volume pot where the in from the toggle switch come in

Wire the middle pickup ground to back of volume pot

I can't draw it out for you right now

I don't think I quite understand what you're saying. There is a push/pull tone pot that I want to use to engage/disengage the middle pickup. But I need the middle pickup's volume and tone, when engaged, to be controlled by the master volume and pots. I also need to open up the control cavity to see what kind of push/pull pot is there.

Her is a shot of the control cavity. I have two of the replacement pickups. I just ordered my SH-11. I might as well start the wiring process since the SH-11 will be wired standard.IMG_7061.jpg

Hot wire from middle pup to "B". Then a wire from "A" to input lug of vol pot. When the p/p is down, the middle pup is not on. When the p/p is up, the middle pup is on. The 3-way and the other 2 pups work as normal.
Is that what you had in mind?

By the way, excellent choice of pups!

Sounds exactly like what I'm after. I imagine all pickup ground wires go to a common ground (volume pot).

yes, common grounds. all you are doing is adding the hot wire from the middle pup into the circuit when you pull up

That looks better. This will give you "modern tone". If you want "vintage tone", just move the wire that goes from the vol pot to the tone pot over to the middle lug on the vol pot...so the tone pot and the jack are connected to the same lug on the vol pot.

What is modern tone vs vintage tone with respect to the sound and the wiring here? I don't think I've ever heard that before.
