Pickup dimension question

I am looking at a Schecter Demon-7 that has original Duncan Designed HB-105/7's in it. I can't find a listing of the dimensions of these pickups and would like to drop a Nazgul/Sentient combo in the guitar. Will they be a direct fit or will I need to bust out the Dremel?

They are standard sized... just make sure you get the mount version that corresponds to yours. Use this pic for reference
