Pickup for Fender Japanese 51 P bass

As shown in the picture, the shape of the pickup is quite different from the original pickup. The section where pickups wiring is attached comes to a point as opposed to having the flat section in the original pickup.

who makes pickups for the Japanese 51 P basses?

Would something like the 51 P-Bass Stack work? It is an excellent, quiet pickup.
