Hi guys! I'm looking at these pickups for my (mahogany body, maple neck/ rosewood fingerboard/ bolt on neck) flying V copy. It is wire with one volume, one humbucker, and a jack haha. I play a lot of heavy distorted punk and metal. Was looking at the Duncan Distortion and Gibson Dirty Fingers. Ive already tried to invader which I liked but needed more bite, tried the X2N and loved it, but wanted something with a little more character for leads. I love the chugging crunch and low end of the invader and X2N, but I'm curious if the Distortion or Dirty Fingers will help me.
