Mincer Administrator Staff member Oct 24, 2021 #2 3/32 is a good starting point. I put it pretty close, right before the highest fretted strings hit it, and then back it off until it starts sounding worse, then go forward a bit.

J Juanhanglo Active member Oct 24, 2021 #3 I raise them up until they start causing wolf tones when fretted at the highest fret. I back off from there until the feel and sound are right.
