Pickup Height for JB Jr

How far off of my strings should my JB Jr (mini humbucker) be. It's the bridge pickup on my 95 Fender Stratocaster

3/32 is a good starting point. I put it pretty close, right before the highest fretted strings hit it, and then back it off until it starts sounding worse, then go forward a bit.

I raise them up until they start causing wolf tones when fretted at the highest fret. I back off from there until the feel and sound are right.
