Pickup ID Help!

I have the sweetest dual rails humbucker that's single coil size that I'm going to put in a very special guitar that I had custom painted. It is a Hum-single-single array and I just got a new P-Rails as the humbucker. This pickup was installed in a guitar I bought almost 20 years ago and I've always loved the sound but I don't know who makes it. The only markings on it underside is a small square sticker that has two letters 'NP' on it. It has a stick-on foam pad instead of springs to hold it up. Anyone have any idea? It has four wires, BWR&G, but when I wire it, red goes to the switch and white to ground, black and green together. I am giong to wire it to tap one coil.
