What is the best way to mount this red-devil? Do they make a gold cover that Labrea neck?

They do not make a gold cover.
I would do it with threaded inserts into the body. Get a very small machine screw- one with a small enough diameter to pass through the threaded holes without grabbing the threads. Embed a matching insert into the body. Before the pickup gets screwed into the insert, put a small spring on each screw under the pickup. That should provide enough upward force to keep the pickup at the correct height.
