pickup selection advice.

I have an alder warmoth soloist body, SSS rout, a padouk neck with an ebony board, and a Floyd... I play mostly Hendrix/SRV, EVH, Lynch, metallica, Tool, and even some country....

I was thinking maybe JBjr bridge, and cool rails neck..? Good choices? Maybe hot rails?

What about middle?

I have no major issues with routing it for HSS/HSH or even HH and blank the middle if that would be much improvement... I kinda ordered it when I used to be more into stratty sounds... Now I want more variety...

Check out the DiMarzio injector neck and bridge with an Area 67 in the middle. Great rock sounds on the bridge and neck, and the 2&4 positions can do some good stratty sounds. Give some of his songs on Fuzz Universe a listen.

I like the JB Jr or Lil 59 for the bridge, and a Classic Stack Plus for the neck & middle. This will gt great, quiet Strat rhythm tones with enough power for the heavier stuff in the bridge.
