Pickup Tape Width, What Size?

I'm thinking about removing the covers on my Pearly Gates humbucker set in my LP Standard. What width of pickup tape would I need to wrap around the coils?

3/8" cloth tape is what i use to wrap the bobbins, 1/4" paper tape is what i use for just the coil.

This is one of the things I still buy from Stew-Mac. The 3/8" wide. Seems to match the size and characteristics of Duncan tape perfectly.

No expert but I've fixed a few hb pickup leads and rewrapped in the old electrical friction tape( like for knob and tube splices). Seemed to work.
