They don't need to. Leo hit perfection when he came up with the G&L pickups. IMO.
Plus, Leo was smart this time....he made them all so odd shaped, the aftermarket guys didn't bother. I love my Asat Z-3 pickups! Those soapbar special pickups sound great, too.

I don't believe they do .... you'd probably have to go to G & L for replacements, if that's what you need. I'm not 100% sure, however.
I agree with joneser - the soapbars sound great - kind of like a hi-fi P90, if that makes sense.
