Pickups for a Telecaster.

Hi All,

I just got my first Telecaster!! Woo Hoo!! lol

I got a Blade w/ Swamp Ash Body, Maple Neck, Rosewood fret board.

Was thinking of swapping in a Jerry Donahue in the bridge and Vintage '54 in the neck.

I play (currently) in a covers band doing everything from Hendrix, Cream, Led Zep thru to Simple Plan, Foo Fighters, other top 40 and wanted a brighter guitar sound as I play a Gibson mostly.

The advice from the forum has never led me astray (thanks to everyone who recommended the '59n C5b combination, I am eternally in your debt) so I thought I'd ask for suggestions.

the jd is a great tele bridge pup. a little bigger sounding than most tele bridges but still lots of tele character. nice clean tone not piercing like some teles but a little smoother punchy top end
