Pickups for HSS project

Hi! this is my first post in the forum, and a call for help for my new project

I'm gonna get a strat style guitar, with a HSS configuration, push-pull volume pot (which is a coil split but I'm gonna change the wiring so it turns into a series/parallel switch) and a wilkinson tremolo. So I need some advice for the pickups that I'm gonna use. Body is made of Basswood with a maple neck and rosewood fretboard.

I'm already a bit settled with what I'm gonna put on the neck and middle, which are the Custom Flat, I like that they're hotter than the Vintage model and have an amazing tone. (probably gonna buy more switches so I can tapped them too!) But I'm confused about the bridge pickup. I'll like something with high output and that works for modern metal, blues and even ambient (HAIL ICHIKA!), I've heard the JB is amazing for splitting and parallel use but is too bright to my ears, I'll like something a little warmer but with the same amount of output.
I also though a lot about the Custom and Custom 5 humbuckers but I've heard them on a comparison made by seymour duncan on youtube and they sounded bad to me so I don't know if they're gonna be a good option.

So that it's, I'm open to suggestions, also if you think that Custom flats aren't a good option let me know, why not :)

Great suggestions! Thank you all, the lead tones you can get out of the CC and Norton are awesome!

A short last question; Any thoughts on the dimarzio Super Distortion and X2N? According to the website they're great for sppliting as well, I'd like to know if those two can get well balanced clean tones cuz I used to think of them as very hot pickups just meant for distortion. Thanks again!
