Pickups

There are tons of pickups I am looking to try, and I've heard great things about these. Someone please give me a summary of these:

Super 2
Custom Custom (is that the C-5?)
Custom
Duncan Distortion
Jazz
JB
'59
Screamin' Demon

I want to try so many pickups to figure out which one is me. But I don't have the money to pay what is it, $600 for all these pickups and $180 for all their installations. So if you've had FIRST HAND experience with these could you help me out? Oh yeah, if you're wondering what body woods this would be, it would be either whatever American strats are made out of and Gibson Les Pauls, both with rosewood fretboards.

C5 & CC are not the same. C5 has an Alnico 5 magnet, CC has an Alnico 2. All of the Custom series are pretty cool, the Custom being my favorite.

The JB is the definitive desert island pickup. It'll do anything.

The Screamin Demon is a good pickup, though it's name couldn't be anymore misleading.

The Duncan Distortion is probably my #2 desert island pickup. Excellent for just about any rock/metal application.

Why is the name "Screamin' Demon" misleading? Is the Lil version any different? I know there's a neck model in those, how is it?
