Re: Pics of my full rig..

Pretty Rock and Roll!

But I'll bet it's a bitch to haul!
Thanks!

actully.. not really! when everything is packed up in their cases and all the "loose" cables like the snake i made and other stuff are in the Milk Crate I have, its al stackable and easy to move.

Re: Pics of my full rig..

I'm curious as to why you chose buffers for the pedalboard, but not for the rack gear. Buffers are my next investment, so I'd be curious in hearing your theory on it. I fully intend on getting a buffer for the frontend and a buffer for the FX Loop of my amp (especially since I use 20' cables and those add up). In fact, I just purchased a Radial PB1 to cover one and am contemplating on a second one.

Setup looks great, good job! :)

that looks expensisve
Which unit are you talking about? :D..

actully.. it did cost a bit of money, but I tell you.. the tone I get out of it is nothing but awsome. I've played/covered guitarist position in many bands and this rig has produced every tone I've wanted.

well.. I went with the 2 buffers on my pedalboard for the 2 reasons:

1 - The cable I use to go from my guitar to the pedal board is about 20'. and with using Passive pickups, there is a bit of tone loss. When I put the buffer at the start of my pedal board chain, I noticed a bit of everything come back (lows, mids, highs, etc..).

2 - the cable I use to go from my pedal board to my rack is about 25'. A buffer is a good idea to have so it keeps the signal capacitance low and be able to drive long cables without signal loss.

I didnt use them in my rack between the longest cable run in there is only couple of inches.
