Here is my number two, codename "Red Ibie". Its a 20 year old RS 530 that feels awesome, just needs new pups to make it a sickass rock guitar.

you are rich man...

You just have to know the right people ;)

Trust me none of those are expensive

Ibie - £180, same as squier strat

Acoustic Ibie, birthday present (was about 250 but marked at 300)

Patrick eggle bass (half 16th bday present - marked at £550, got it for £340 because the salesman slipped up and said he couldnt shift it coz nobody knew what it was)

Gordon smith - Censored. :fing25: Wouldnt want to make any epiphone players jealous (I get a good deal on those;)) It was half a 14th birthday present.

I dont spend money on clothes, not much on going out with friends etc.. guitars where its at for me... In fact all the money i make or get as bday/christmas presents in the past 3 years has all been put into guitars.

It's a hardtail that was a trem.

It's his own design.

Basically when it was a trem, the two screws either side weren there.

It was attatched to a spring claw type thing making it floating, i dont think i have pics of it when it was like that sorry :( there was no route for it though

well since i didnt like the trem, i told him and he said bring it in i'll bolt it down for you.

so he took it off, removed the spring thing, and drilled holes and installed those two screws.

The bridge is groved on either side to slot into the screws.. so its now a hardtail - but the thread for the bar is still there :p

Best part was the job was done for free.

Theres customer service for you

Re: Pics of my gear (lots of em)

Hmm an RS530 I belive it was, has a flametop and 24 frets.
And that awfull thing they used before the Floyds came aboard, I am looking for one of the one humbucker Roadstars....hehe and my first electric was a Roadstar.
:)

Re: Pics of my gear (lots of em)

lol I know the trem sucks

When I can afford it I'll replace it with a real floyd
